Vacancy

Tasks:

  1. direct supervision over the geodetic and cartographic organs; within the scope of geodesy and cartography
  2. conducting administrative proceedings of which the provincial inspector is an organ according to the regulations of the Administrative Code of first instance on issues defined by the Geodetic and Cartographic Regulations Act and of higher degree in relation to the geodetic and cartographic administration organs
  3. preparing reply drafts for complaints aimed at the Province Administrative Court concerning geodesy and cartography
  4. examining complaints and proposals concerning geodetic and cartographic administration organs which are realizing the tasks defined by the Geodetic and Cartographic Regulations Act as well as within the scope of obeying and implementing the Geodetic and Cartographic Regulations Act by business entities and other organizational units whose objects include geodetic and cartographic work
  5. preparing opinions for proposals concerning creating, connecting, dividing, lifting and establishing the commune borders, changing the status of a commune or a town into a city, establishing the commune and their authorities’ seats names, confirming the former borderline of a commune or communes included in the proposal with the register of border and units area of the fundamental territorial division of the country
  6. examining proposals for checking the justifiability of refusal to enclose the documentation to the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource, resulting from execution of the geodetic and cartographic work, submitted by the executor of the work
  7. preparing a document in connection with confirming the committee assessment to exclude material which are no longer fit for use, from the provincial and district geodetic and cartographic resource
  8. drawing up, at the district governor’s motion, an opinion to prepare a commune to take over his tasks within the scope of geodesy and cartography
  9. recording of local land information systems
  10. managing the storage of security copies of the provincial and district databases which are an element of the state’s land information system, particularly the database of Land and Property Register
  11. technical management of the border register and the register of units area of the fundamental territorial division of the country concerning the province
  12. supervising issues connected with personal data protection and non-public information of the geodetic and cartographic work
  13. preparing opinions for proposals to refund the costs of justified geodetic work borne in connection with conversion of ownership of properties
