Tasks:

  • direct supervision of the geodetic and cartographic organs of administration operations, within the scope of running the pedological classification of land, conducting the common appraisal of real estate, making of maps and appraisal tables on real estate, conducting analyses of changes in the agrarian structure as well as monitoring the changes as the way of exploitation of land and its classification
  • control of proper running the pedological classification of land and the common appraisal of real estate as well as making of maps and appraisal tables on real estate
  • controlling the execution of the duty to analyze the changes in the agrarian structure as well as programming and coordination of machine-agricultural work and monitoring the changes in the exploitation of land and its classification
  • preparing all information and reports on the abovementioned issues
  • examining the motions on issuing authorization to individual running of the land classification and supervising the projects of classificatory statements and running the provincial register of authorized persons

Tasks:

  1. preparing the materials for the finance bill within the scope in which the Province Governor is the holder, as well as for the sections of budget classification supervised by the provincial inspector
  2. preparing individual plans of budget expenses according to sections of the budget classification, for sections supervised by the provincial inspector
  3. preparing motions to the Province Governor on making changes in the plans of budget expenses, for the sections supervised by the provincial inspector
  4. preparing an annual plan of expenses, for the sections supervised by the provincial inspector
  5. preparing requisition for the current expenses within the limit of financial measures at the disposal of the provincial inspector
  6. running the internal record of the designated subsidies allocated to the units of local government for the realization of tasks of the government administration concerning geodesy and cartography
  7. gathering periodical information on the advance level of spending the designated subsidies donated to the units of local government for the realization of tasks on the geodesy and cartography by the self-governments
  8. preparing analyses on spending the designated subsidies from the state budget and analyzing the realization of tasks performed by the self governments as tasks on the government administration
  9. carrying out tasks in connection with passing a judgment on the motions of the geodesy and cartography administration organs for the subsidies from the Central and Provincial Fund of Managing the Geodetic and Cartographic Resource as well as preparing the reporting on using these subsidies for the Chief Geodesist of Poland
  10. coordination and supervision of preparing the acts for passing them on to the archive by organizational inspection units as well as keeping a register of hand-over reports

Vacancy

Tasks

  1. supervision over the functioning of the geodetic and cartographic administration organs within the scope of geodesy and cartography
  2. conducting the administrative proceedings, for which the provincial inspector is an organ in view of the Administrative Code regulations, the first instance in matters defined by the Geodetic and Cartographic Regulations Act, and of higher degree in relation to the geodetic and cartographic administration organs
  3. examining complaints and proposals concerning the geodetic and cartographic administration organs which are realizing the tasks defined in the Geodetic and Cartographic Regulations Act by business entities and other organizational units whose objects include geodetic and cartographic work
  4. examining proposals for checking the justifiability of refusal to enclose the documentation to the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource, resulting from execution of the geodetic and cartographic work, submitted by the executor of the work
  5. managing the affairs connected with storing backup of the provincial and district databases which are an element of the state’s area information system, especially databases of the Land and Property Register.
  6. controlling if the rules concerning the geodesy and cartography are obeyed by offices, public institutions and entrepreneurs, within the scope of:
    • conformity of the geodetic and cartographic work carried out with the provisions of the Geodetic and Cartographic Regulations Act and with the technical standards in the field of geodesy and cartography
    • fulfilling the duty of submitting the geodetic and cartographic work as well as passing on the materials and information gained from the work to the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource and obtaining the consent to distribute and reproduce them in order to distribute and reproduce maps, photogrammetric and remote sensing materials being the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource
    • correctness of running the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource, Land and Property Register, geodetic record of service infrastructure network, provincial and district databases, which are an element of the state’s land information system
    • executing the tasks on setting up and updating the master map, construction of specific geodetic networks, agreeing on the location of the projected utility network maps and approving the projects of specific geodetic networks
    • obeying the duty to protect the survey, gravimetric and magnetic marks
    • executing the duty to report the local land information systems for recording and the duty to pass on the system databases security copies to the provincial inspector
    • correctness of calculating and collecting the charges for activities connected with running the National Geodetic and Cartographic Resource, agreeing on the location of the projected utility network maps, running the state’s land information system, providing information, performing extracts from the Land and Building Survey.
  7. control of obeying the regulations on geodesy and cartography in the offices realizing the tasks on geodetic and cartographic service within the scope of correctness in conducting the administrative proceedings in the field of geodesy and cartography and ordinal numeration of real estate
  8. verifying the legality and purposefulness of spending the budget funds on geodetic and cartographic work
