Tasks:

  • Managing Province Governor’s budget bank service.
  • administrating state funds within the scope of organizing and releasing funds received from the Ministry of Finance.
  • Transferring the funds to second- and third-level disposers accounts.
  • Keeping a register of the budget according to particular disposers.
  • Preparing monthly requisitions for financial funds in writing and by using the TREZOR system.
  • Proposing a motion to the Ministry of Finance to change the expenditure schedule in writing and by using the TREZOR system.
  • preparing collective reporting from realization of the Province Governor’s budget and the non-budgetary economy and presenting it to the Ministry of Finance
  • Passing information about restricted grants for the realization of government administration tasks to local government units.
  • Passing other grants within the Province Governor’s budget and keeping a register of them.
